Lift out units can be installed where regular opening and closing of a window is not required but the glazed pane is easily removed for cleaning and maintenance. Will help with noise reduction and insulation. Often used in combination with a vertical sliding window or as a toplight. There are restrictions to the sizes available due to weight considerations, but a very popular and economical choice.
